Our original Parisian sake, The Classic is brewed using organic yeast from French wine and hard water from Ile-de-France. Full of minerals, the water creates a uniquely complex taste profile that’s hard to find anywhere else. The mineral-rich water also complicates our fermentation process. We brew this sake with extreme precision to make sure every element is perfect.
